Bennett only had half a year in Kindergarten due to our move from TX to CA, but he was super excited (and a littler nervous about performing) for his graduation day! Jeff couldn't come due to work regulations, but Riley and I were there to cheer him on!
Bennett received awards for Honor Roll and was the animal of Sea Turtle (coincidence that it's his 2nd FAVORITE animal???) for character. (Honestly I don't remember what the Sea Turtle means, but it's written on the pic down below....aren't I an amazing mom?!?!?!
Bennett's school was Calvary Chapel Christian School and they followed the A.C.E. curriculum--Accelerated Christian Education. We're so thankful for everyone at the school for working with us and helping us to transition to California and everything that came with it!
Next year we'll be changing schools because we can get both boys at one church school and that was a difficult thing this year since they'd never been apart before at school. He'll be doing Kindergarten next year also since this year was a split between Pre-K in Texas and Kinder in California. Making sure he has a great foundation to start is definitely important to us all!
Congratulations Bennett! You've been through so much and keep on smiling! Everyone who knows you loves your personality, thoughtfulness, and curiosity! Oh--the places you'll go!
