Exercise! (Or Lack Thereof....)

I really let the heat of last summer PLUS being pregnant make me lazy.  I had cankles--yes, cankles--and the only thing that helped after 10am was lying on the couch.  So that's pretty much what I did until Bennett was born!  I was productive from 6-10 am and then nada!

Add all that "no exercising" to the demands of a baby/job and you have a momma who's just not happy with her body.  Oh, that's me by the way!  Yes, I occasionally take my child for a walk in the park/around the neighborhood, but that's it.  I did great working out at the gym after Spring Break for about a week until a gigantic case of strep throat knocked me out and I just haven't gone back.  Add that to not pumping anymore and my belly just keeps getting bigger and bigger and, well you get the point!

So...I'm off to Pinterest again with the idea that since Bennett naps so good in the morning that I should try to fit in at least 30 minutes of something a day.  That started today (Monday, June 11).  I'm going to try to track my water, weight, and exercise, and not eat out as much (AKA--actually plan to cook things!) and see how I do!

So here's how my week went down:

Update:  I re-joined Weight Watchers on Father's Day and I'm hoping this will help my journey.  I'm at exactly the same weight I was when I got pregnant.  Most of you may say, "Good for you!", but what you don't know is that after having B, I was 10 pounds lighter than right now!  (I think being diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes definitely helped with that!).  But, as soon as I stopped pumping at Easter (apparently I like to do major things around holidays!), the weight jumped at least 5-7 pounds.  I want to be able to look back and like what I see, so here it goes!  :)
