Add all that "no exercising" to the demands of a baby/job and you have a momma who's just not happy with her body. Oh, that's me by the way! Yes, I occasionally take my child for a walk in the park/around the neighborhood, but that's it. I did great working out at the gym after Spring Break for about a week until a gigantic case of strep throat knocked me out and I just haven't gone back. Add that to not pumping anymore and my belly just keeps getting bigger and bigger and, well you get the point!
So...I'm off to Pinterest again with the idea that since Bennett naps so good in the morning that I should try to fit in at least 30 minutes of something a day. That started today (Monday, June 11). I'm going to try to track my water, weight, and exercise, and not eat out as much (AKA--actually plan to cook things!) and see how I do!
So here's how my week went down:
- Monday: Lean Legs, 6 Pack Abs (who am I kidding? I'd like just "an ab muscle" to show!, Zumba routine
- Tuesday:Arm Routine
- Wednesday: Slim Your Waist, Shoulder/butt combo
- Thursday and Friday: No specific workouts, but walked around the neighborhood between morning meals and that definitely worked up a sweat!
