Our anniversary is always during Spring Break, which is nice. This year, Jeff had to visit a job site in San Antonio the day of our anniversary, so we decided to make it a day trip for the family and celebrate that way!
We started off our day with an allergy dr. appt for B. Nothing like poking your kid to test for allergies and then having to keep him still for 20 minutes. A 7 month old. Not sleepy. Still for 20 minutes. Well, this is how you do it:

No household allergies at this time (yeah!), but got a higher dose of our 2 inhalers to see if it would help his breathing problems.
Side note: it did help! The coughing/wheezing is basically gone with the exception of a day or so each week!!! However, he will most likely be diagnosed with asthma as he gets older. It's not certain....just likely.
We have the best little traveler! He slept the entire way there and 1/2 the way back. Loved being out and about in his stroller and loved playing on the blanket while we waited for daddy to get done with work. We took enough food and entertainment for him and minus a few cries here and there, he did awesome!

We hit the Riverwalk because we'd never been there together, found a place for an early dinner on the river (yes, it was BBQ 'cause that's how we roll!), strolled on over to the Alamo, and then headed home. Short trip, but a perfect day nonetheless!
