So, I finally broke down and hired a cleaning crew to come get the dirt out of my house (and then spilled my bagel chips at lunch, but oh well!). Don't know what I was smoking getting them to come at 8am, but all I know is that when they left at 10am my house looked and smelled great! It was totally worth it, and even though I won't have them forever, I'm in love with Sulma, Shermada, and Maria!
However....my faucets are SOOOOO sparkly that I don't want to wash my hands and have my wet hands touch the sparkle! How sad am I? Oh well...such is life!
On another front....remember the "Jeff's moving some stuff in" blog from a few weeks ago? Well, there's more! Last night he had me rolling as we were washing and hanging up clothes (call me Nancy---I like the stuff coming into my house to smell like my house, not a Coast Guard apartment!). Jeff is, how you say, "Huge Packrat"????!!!!! I gave a few questionable faces to clothes that I had never seen on his body in the 2.5 years we've been together. His response to some was "Oh, I've had that since about high school". There were a few others I don't remember right now, but even he had to laugh at some of the stuff! Everything is finding a place and everyone is happy!
