Easter Party!!!

What better way to break out your new wedding presents than to throw a party?!?! After we decided we were going to stay in Katy during Easter weekend and work on the house, we then decided we needed to have a party! Not being planners, the fact that we called people and got it together 2 WEEKS BEFORE was huge!!!

We decided to do an Easter dinner b/c that's what Jeff wanted. Now...I've gone to Cuero Country Club for most of the Easter lunches in my life, so being the good wife (and knowing how Jeff is...), I asked what he expected at dinner. Response: ham, turkey, bread, sweet potatoes, casseroles, desserts, etc. WHOA!!! Needless to say, this soon became a potluck with us doing the meats! It worked out perfectly, and we had 13 people and 3 babies!!! It was so much fun, and we ended up playing Cranium at the end of the night!
